How To Install:
1. open the hulk mod folder
2. copy & paste cleo in hulk mod folder
3. open your img editior or spark
4. click import or press ctrl + I
5. go inside hulk mod folder and add file in gta 3 folder
6. save and close your tools and open the game
7. have fun playing!!
How To Use powers:
1. M = getting a stone
2. X = hulk smash
3. Tab = throwing any object
4. O = change Post
5. R = getting a car
6. HULK = Transform Become a Hulk
